MY APPROACH
I am a warm, collaborative, client-centered, strength-based, integrative therapist with a multicultural lens and holistic approach.
I specialize in cross-cultural understanding and adjustment, managing multiple cultural identities and expectations, interpersonal relationships, family-of-origin issues, grief and loss. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to learn about themselves, regardless of the concerns that bring them to therapy.
My therapeutic approach draws from relational, psychodynamic, interpersonal, attachment-based, and cognitive-behavioral models. Being an integrative practitioner allows me to be both emotionally attuned and present to clients wanting process-oriented therapy and active in skill development and problem-solving for clients interested in a more solution-focused approach.

I can also provide consultation and supervision services upon request.
