Grief Group: This group will focus on coping with the emotional and psychological challenges of dealing with the loss of a family member. Participants will have the opportunity to share their struggles, receive support, and learn strategies for how to manage the rapidly shifting emotional landscape of grief. Asian American Women’s Group: This will be a support and process-oriented group for anyone who identifies as a woman of Asian American descent in their 20’s and early 30’s. Themes in the group will include processing family dynamics and pressures, interpersonal and romantic struggles, academic/career challenges, and intersections of various identities.
